I've been feeling, not depressed, where i don't care, but sad and sensitive inside. It's like I'm heart broken over something, but I have NO idea what it is. I've been crying almost non stop for three days. Whats wrong with me? Am i crazy?

No smart remarks please.

I am not a depressed person either, but I do go through spouts of crying for a few days like you then I am fine. I think it is due to relieving stress.

Crying for three days seems to be a lot of emotion. Then you say 'I have no idea' now we are in trouble. It is very hard for the female who has been protected and loved for so long and is forced to change socially . Our whopper upper lobe brains can release a lot of chemicals form disappointment. They go into the fluid and smother the primitive brain below. Days later the medulla is still purging and still makes your auto or semi automatic responses act out. You are extremely pure and nice but don't listen to so many Christmas carols. The music affects the aura by a chord sequence in frequencies just like those in our aura. The aura makes all our emotions. Find a new friend who doesn't know you from eve. And you wont feel so upset.

You're not crazy. If you were you wouldn't even now to ask. It sounds like anxiety. Part of the problem with anxiety is that you don't know why you feel that way. You need to relax and get done anything that you're ehind on so the "impending doom" will go away if you have any. And when you start to feel heartbroken again ask yourelf why you fell they way. If there is no logical reason then call a friend or family member and go shopping or just shoot the bull. Try your best to occupy your time with constructive things and your mind with good thoughts. If nothing helps call a doctor. But, really, you're okay! Merry Christmas.

It could be due to a major life change the best thing to do is set yourself goals and if your dieting or something like that forget it its just adding to the stress it could be related to exams as well. Look forward to the next day and take up hobbies and things to keep you entertained.

Could be seasonal affective disorder. (SAD...)

Some people just get sad and weepy beacuse of the cold and dark of winter time.

When the days start getting longer, their moods improve.

But really only a real doctor can diagnose such disorders.

It must be because things are not going as you expect them to be. You're missing somebody. You're lovesick or homesick. You wish things were different. You want change but you don't know how to start it. You need affection. You need a hug.

It could be 'marytre syndrome' ...feeling persecuted or sorry for yourself and wanting to be acknowledged. It happens.

crying doesn't make you crazy, it shows you're human.
