it depends if she likes the guy or not.
if she likes the guy and thinks she would be ready to kiss him at some later time, then she should go for the subtle dodge and hug routine. show him through body language that she's not ready for that level yet, but she loves him anyways.
if he's some random dude that she can't picture herself kissing any time, any place, I'd say go for the slap across the face method.

Tell the guy that she's not ready ofcourse...she doesnt have to accept his mouth just because he put it out there...so if the girl think shes not ready then tell him and if he really does like/love the girl...then he will listen and he will wait for the girl to decide when shes ready...but if he's there just to get inside of her pants...then he'll just be like..."fine...forget you"...so...i hope that helps...good luck... =]

3) Laugh at him and humiliate him.

Refuse. You are not obligated to do anything you are not yet ready for. If he gets mad, cross him off your list of eligible guys. If you two end up together for life and he gets mad this easily and will not do what it takes to make you comfortable, imagine how you will be fighting in just a short while.
