Personally, i wouldn't choose anyone at this stage, having met neither. i wouldn't be making any promise to any man i hadn't met, nor would i put my life on hold for an Internet romance.
Why must you choose at all at this point? Is there any reason you cannot arrange to meet both of them, even date other people, and then see? Don't jump into something like this too soon, or waste much time putting your life on hold waiting to meet them.
You can't ge back the time lost if either or both turn out to be less that what you want. And if either of them are pressuring you to choose, and to choose blind like this, then he doesn't care enough about you to even date.
So, i would pull in the reigns on this one, if it were me, date other people, and plan to meet these guys too, if you like, just don't expect either to be "the one" and certainly don't waste your life waiting for something that may never happen.

You need to decide or you will loose both of them.
Do you want to get married? If so then that is your choice.
The other one hasnt mentioned marriage and wants to see you before doing anything more with you. Right now you can see the other one and see what happens.
