Before the pralaya (great destruction) Maa will be personified with 3 horrible Rathris.
In Dwapara Yuga she came here, in those three forms.
a. Kala Ratri- `Yogamaya` who declared that "Time has come".
b. Moha Ratri - `Krishna` who mesmerised all creatures with his beauty and intelligence.
c. Maha Ratri - `Draupadi` who was the centre of great war of Mahabharath.
Thus, Kali Maata destroyed the unwanted population to create YUGANTAR in her own way.

Draupadi Hint- shes described as dark complexion Shri Krishna is the Supreme personality of Godhead. He is the absolute Para-Brahman itself in human Avatar. Out of the ten DasaAvathars of Lord Narayan only Krishna is the Absolute (encompassing all the deities including Kaala etc). He is the embodied Brahman.
