Your lawyer should be able to get the financial records for you by supena. Especially if it pertains to your case. If you don't have a lawyer then I'm not so sure you yourself can get them. Good Luck.

Generally the answer is No you can't
However if a judge believes this information is required in a case he can order certain information be made available to the court.

Certain records may be subject to discovery under a subpoena duces tecum. Talk to your lawyer about it.
