I use a lot of cooking wine and honestly by the time I serve my meals I feel kind of "happy" !! LOL !!

Once when I was a little girl my Aunt from Naples was cooking supper and my Grams did not know she used wine in the sauce...and Grams kept tasting the sauce -- cause it was just so darn good....By the time dinner was served Grams felt no pain....Thank you for a very funny happy memory....

Buy good wine, serve to yourself and guests. By the time ya'll are hammered nobody's gonna care 'cause the foods not even on the stove and you forgot what was on the menu. Stay happy, Merry Christmas!
