is behind this groundswell of support. History is being written here and American politics are changing forever.
Why I Support Ron Paul
Some people believe that Ron Paul is just an Internet fad, backed by spammers and young people on the Internet who have no real grasp on the issues. I can understand why some people think that -- that's what I thought for a long time.
I continued hearing more and more about Ron Paul from friends, so one day last month I decided to take a close look at him and all the other candidates. I have been supporting most of my adult life mostly because of their stand on social issues which arle closte to the issues when comparing to my views and principals. After looking at Ron Paul, I was shocked at what I found, and have never looked back since.
First, I think we need out of the war NOW. Second, I think the goverment is way to involved with our personal lives and I want them out NOW. What I want is CHANGE. Change is something people of this election cycle want, and Change is something that will set apart a candidate from all the others.
Ron Paul is honest not a sell out and a liar. I believe Ron Paul means change.
You can learn more about his view on the issues at: http://www.ronpaul2008.com
Sincerely,
Jeff Pedigo

The better question should have been "who will make the needed changes?"
Changes in foreign policy, we as a country are hated the world over. One cannot blame Bush for all this.
Who will stand up to Iran, and more importantly the Chinese and the EU. Who are not our friends.
Domestically we need someone that will ask the hard questions about our deficit, how can we continue as a country if we are bankrupt?
And anyone with half a Brain knows that the WM-D's were moved to Syria before the invasion, that is how Saddam killed the Kurds. Remember the pics of women holding their children mouths agape in the streets?
It is better to sweep this under the rug than to admit they are in Syrian hands.
What was used in the failed Jordain bombings? Over 20 tons of chemicals. Must have got them from "rite" aid.
Can anyone see the direction things are headed?
Look at a map of the middle east.
Look at Syria. Iran, Iraq, Lebanon and soon to include Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
This will be a formidable enemy, one that will control the worlds oil.
One that hates the US almost as much as Israel.
You need to wake up and forget about Republican and Democratic petty squabbles, we are in a fight for our existence whether we see it or not.
I for one am sick and tired of the division in this country.

The weapons of mass destruction had been there. Did you notice that jets were used as weapons of mass destruction on 9/11? Have you not heard of all the automobile bombs in Iraq since that time?
I don't have a rite mind but in my right mind I wouldn't ever vote for a DEM because I don't like more gov't and more tax.

Uhh....yeah, we remember the WMD's.....but we are voting about policies and such, not over something in the past done by one President. We support the beliefs of the Republican party, you understand, "RITE"? Ahahaha. Read a dictionary instead of wasting your time here asking foolish questions.

Anybody who lived through the last dem President. Remember the b.j. that never happened? Remember the U.S.S. Cole? Remember the tech crash? Remember Somalia? Remember nuke tech being given to n. korea? And please, lets not forget;"It depends how you define the word "is"." And this is who the Dem front runner claims as her teacher in how to lead. Go ahead, vote for this mess. At least I'll be able to say "Told ya so."

Me. Liberals are a true threat to the future and security of this country.
They want to promote socialism-which is against the core American value of getting ahead through personal sacrifice... and they cannot wait to surrender to the Islamic extremists- heck, they are already trying to do that NOW.

I am a conservative, in my right mind. I will vote for the Republican candidate, no matter who it is. I would not consider voting for any of the left wing liberal loonies in the Dem party.
There were WMD's in Iraq. Anyone with his head in the sand should vote Democrat.

To your point, GWB is an idiot and Cheney is evil incarnate. That being said, I will not vote for a candidate who turns a blind eye to our porous border with Mexico, nor will I vote for a candidate who supports universal government healthcare, which pretty much rules out all the Democrat candidates.
