how many times a day do you look at the bottoms of your feet?
and why do you do it?

I usually don't look at the bottoms of my feet unless I've stepped in something icky or hurt my foot. The only other times are when I pumice them (use a pumice stone or tool to remove callus to keep my feet soft and healthy).
Why so curious?

Maybe twice a day, and I always do it once a day before going to bed because I walk barefoot a lot in the house and I don't want to have unclean feet therefore causing unclean bedsheets. But I do it if I take off sandals or anything at someone's house because again, I do not want to show off dirty feet.

I looked a few times today, once because I stood in something. Another time I looked because I noticed that some of the skin under there is peeling and I was marvelling at how gross it was. Another time I stood on a prickle. Note to self - stop walking around the backyard barefoot.

I only do that when I am washing my feet. Usually, that's once and the end of the day.

once or twice
i check them when i go out of the house with opened shoe to see if they got dirty so i can wash them
just to check if they clean
