We had our extended family dinner on Saturday night so today will be our own family & will start with a bbq b'fast after Church....
Lunch is usually informal ....because of our climate we usually have cold meats like ham & chicken , salads , seafood & fruit...
Then there are the traditional games in the afternoon ...soccer , cricket & bocce ..

well I'm not planning on cooking anything for Christmas
I had 2 HUGE turkey's for Thanksgiving and another turkey right now seems sick to me I think I will go out today and get some corn on the cob though and probably make Mexican corn with it as my Children LOVE IT and then maybe just a roast or something my fiance will be cooking... I have two places to go Christmas day for a party so I am not wanting to cook something BIG

My family are having prawn salad than turkey, stuffing, sprouts, carrots, mashed potato, bread sauce, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, broccoli. Then to finish Christmas pudding with rum sauce.

Reading that sounds like to much food it will fill me for a week well there goes the diet in one day lol.

Have a nice Christmas everyone.

Oh, we all get together at my sisters place and start working under the guidance of the chef of the day. About six of us will be chattering and cooking tomorrow, today is a party day for me though. I work today (I know, its usually my day off) but only till mid afternoon, we close early, 5 p.m., then I hit the parties with my friends. So, tomorrow, we are going to have a turkey for sure, plus everything that goes with it. It will be 70 today here so I doubt we will have a white xmas. Mr Cuddles has his gift under the tree (a little one) and I go tomorrow to my sisters for my gift, YAY! No chimney here, lol, just a balcony with a nice view. Sorry, my ramble mode was left on.
