I'm afraid it's down to poor technique, my friend. Even with the bluntest of blades there's little chance of cutting yourself if you ensure you drag the blade square to the direction that you're pulling the razor. i.e., keep the blade at 90 degrees to the direction you're pulling.

Be well, sir.

Usually when you cut yourself it is because the razor has slipped a bit on your wet hand , and it obviously doesn't take much to split the skin with such a sharp blade.
If you have done this 4 times in one shave it certainly sounds like you need to be changing the blade , or cartridge .
You should change the blade fairly regularly to ensure maximum efficiency when you shave.

is easy to do, just slow down take ur time and if u keep cutting urself try a new blade and see if that helps and if that does not then yes i would say it is the technique u are using but u should be good just slow down and relax

If using a razor, just shave with the grain - not against. You may not get a close shave, but you wont get cut! Alternatively, just use and electric shaver - much more safer !!!

Possibly less than optimum razor! Try Gillette Fusion, it is almost impossible to cut yourself using them.
