I did tell him that Santa might bring him a Wii.

It was my GF's idea to sell the Wii on Ebay. I got $1500 for it.

Ok. You got us all here! Ha ha ha. You were only kidding just to screw with our heads. ha ha ha.

If you got $1,500 for it then you must have gotten them equal gifts. Right?

I really hope that you did not choose your gf over your son.
Gee, the day your son grows up and becomes succcessful I hope he forgets his dad. I wonder how would that make you feel?

P.S. I hope you have fed and clothe your son first before doing do for someone else.
Oh and by the way, you forgot that you too could have enjoyed playing with the wii. It is lots of fun, and now you are going to miss out on it and miss out spending valuable quality time with your son. You know like sharing laughter, fun times, building trust, values, and building happy meaningful memories. Oh, no wait a minute, I c ..... you were thinking with your penis, not your brain! And your GIRLFRIEND---- oh yeah that Materialistic _________ ( readers, please fill in the blank). Wow, you sure know how to pick them. But then again it seems like you two are meant for each other.

And what r u going to tell his mom?
If true, I hope this torments you until you make it right.
On the side, I'll be praying that you don't do or think or make another stupid and heartless decision.

I don't agree with what you did, relationships don't last forever, but your child will be yours FOREVER, you can't get rid of him, even if you wanted to. Personally I think you should have kept the Wii, but that was your choice.

What did you do with the rest of the 1500? I hope you didn't spend it all on your girlfriend. If you didn't you can go and get your child lots of games for his N 64. If you did, well, i don't know what you should do.

How old is he? If he's young he probably won't mind, but over six years old he might be just a tiny bit hurt that you chose your girlfriend (even if he considers her his mom) over him.

The thing about the Wii is that you could play as a family... My thoughts are that you should have kept the Wii and gotten your girlfriend something small but special, like a necklace. She could play on the Wii with you and your son.

That's really a bumper for your child.

You did hurt a child's feelings. You disguise as santa and then your son is expecting a gift. How could you! That's the meanest thing I've ever heard.

N64??????? That's long way an old console. What's the age of your son? if 12, NO he'll not but below that, he MAY like it but after a few months it will be begging for another console.

No offense, but if you're giving your girlfriend a present, what is it that's gonna cost 1500 precious bucks? Seriously, a ring made out of diamond? Boy you're rich!

Catmandingo was right! YOU'RE THINKING WITH YOUR PENIS NOT YOUR BRAIN. Boy I was moved by your pretty stupid decision. How about the child? Look at him tomorrow? WILL HE BE SAD OR BE HAPPY? BRACE YOURSELF MAN. Maybe your son will cry or maybe not. MAYBE THE REAL SANTA WILL COME AND SAVE YOUR PETTY *** FROM BEING MOVED by you emotions.

Good day idiotic one! I shall bid you a do!

IN SHORT: YES YOU'RE WRONG ABOUT IT.

Wii's don't sell for $1500 even on ebay and even if you where to throw in a PS3 and a 360 it still wouldn't come anywhere near that figure, so that's a lie for a start.

When you say $1500 is that American, if the answer is yes then I plain don't believe you, funny Xmas story though, its got a disappointed kid a trailer trash girlfriend and an uncaring father, your tall tale has it all.

Can your conscience cope with what you have done?! An N64 is an extremely old machine and you will have problems getting games for it. It depends on the age of your son whether he will like it or not but can't imagine he'll be telling anyone at school what his dad got him for Christmas as it will be embarrasing for him.
So you figure that your current g/f is more important to you than your son then?!!
Do yourself a huge favour and as soon as you can go and buy your son another Nintendo Wii....does your g/f know what you did coz she might think you are a scum bag for what you've done.
If you really thought it was ok to do what you've done you wouldn't have posted this question in the first place!
It really doesn't matter whether your son knew about the Wii or not...if it's something that he really wanted, he is going to be disappointed.
You've still got time today to go out and buy him one before tomorrow.....you were quick off the mark to sell something of his so find something of your own and sell it and go buy him that Wii!!
Edit; Just seen your edit about it being your g/f's idea!!!!!
We feel really sorry for your son.....poor love.......he's got a total scum bag for a dad and his dad's g/f is a total douche bag!!!!!!!! Sorry, we don't usually express ourselves quite as specifically as above but you have really, really shocked us here...........Priorities in your life should be: your son, your son, your son!!!

HELLO!
u are so wrong. If you couldnt afford the wii why did you get one in the first place? If your girlfreind let you buy the wii, tell your son he mite b getting one, THEN sell it, she needs to be dumped. Your son will b dissapointed that you told him he mite b getting a wii and rushes downstairs to oen his present on christmas day, to discover its a nintendo 64. If you got $1500 and bought him a present for $20, what the **** did you buy her? you need to sell her present and some other things to get bk his wii. You can all play together on the wii wheras only your girlfreind can use (or wear) her $1480 present.
I hope shame and guilt engulfs you

There is nothing wrong with wanting to get your girlfriend a present but you sold the wii for how much and you only spend $20 on the present you got instead. I just think you could have at least spend a little more than $20 on him. How much did the wii originally cost?

WOW you must not like your kid. Buying him a decade old system instead of a new system is like telling him you hate him. And you didn't get sell a wii for 1500. Seriously you shouldn't have done that.

What happened to the best interest of the child? You know that phrase that the court uses during custody hearings. The fact that you would listen and be persuaded by your girlfriend to do something like that says a lot about your priorities, as well as your girlfriend's lake of sincerity towards your child. Dump her now ...give your child a chance..
It sounds like your girlfriend is a selfish little (you fill in the blank)
