I was arrested on a warrant and charged with a DUI. While I was in jail, I never got to see a judge during the 12 days I was there. I want to get this over with as I learned a very importatn lesson. What's going on?

Contact the Clerk of Courts for the county in which the case takes place. In Ohio, all court cases are listed 10 days prior to appearance. One item of advice to remember. YOU are responsible for appearing when you are due. Not receiving written notification of a court date is not an acceptable excuse. Take the time to contact the Clerk of Courts. Good luck to you and I hope this helps.

I think your best bet will be to contact the court you appeared at and they will tell you your next date, or if you have a solicitor then they would know. Either way you want to sort it out soon, because if you miss the next hearing there will be a warrant issued probably without bail.
