I was wondering if anybody out there can help me...an old ex-friend of mine posted a private video of me (nothing bad) but of course he did not get permission...he is doing it clearly to hurt me, and there he psoted hurtful comments about me too under the video...I have tried contacting YouTube several times with no results....this is heart-wrenching for me, and I was wondering if anybody knows of an actual # I can call to talk to a live person or what I can do to get this video taken down. Please help!

No, I took the video years ago and no, even if he did take the video that does not mean he owns the copyrights.

Contact a lawyer, they'll get it taken off the site.

You may be able to do this through our private messaging feature. Sometimes they aren't even aware that someone feels uncomfortable with the posting of the video. If you're unable to contact the uploader or they refuse to remove the video in question, please send us a complaint notice. If we find the content in question violates our policies, we will remove it promptly.
Make sure that if you are filling out the privacy complaint that you are the individual shown in the video. We will not accept forms filled out for your co-workers, friends, or relatives. Please note we will not take action unless you are clearly identifiable in the video.
Making a bad faith request may have adverse legal consequences for you in your own country. If you're not sure whether you have the right to request that a video is removed from YouTube, you should obtain your own legal advice.

Why do you think he needs your permission?
Who took the video? If he took it he's the copyright owner, and using it is at HIS option, not yours.
