Yeah, I twitch and squirm until I find some way to get relief. If no one is around to scratch my back, I use anything I can to scratch it with. Peace to you also.

Yes. It can be frustrating when there is no one there to assist. However, I always keep a tape measure handy, (I used to be a sheet metal fabricator) and it works great as a back scratcher.

LOL - I find alternative back scratchers...the edge of the door, a long handled screwdriver...

Some day, I'm going to train one of my dogs to scratch my back.
