We have a cold lunch - living in QLD Australia, its too damn hot for a hot one!! We have ham, turkey, chicken, beef and pork, with salads, sometimes prawns (yuck!) and nibblies, then pavlova - and lots and lots of grog, of course : ) What will you be eating tomorrow??

Lasagna. I always make lasagna for Christmas, and I'm finishing off my last batch of sauce.

I make lasagna for 30, and I take it to work today to share with the people, like me, who didn't take the day off. Sometimes I take a pan to my neighbors. Then we have it for dinner on Christmas day.

The best part is, I made it in advance so all the dishes are done up. All I have to do is add a salad, and a dessert, and I am OUT of the kitchen and enjoying the day.

Roast Turkey crown with chestnut and sausage meat stuffing, pigs in blankets and all of the usual other stuff. Then for supper we will have a home roasted gammon joint done in honey and cloves. My mouth is watering already. Boxing Day we will have a really nice rib of beef. I can't wait.
