sure you have to be worry
there is many reason for this some are due presence of RBC ( boold) in the urine or may be it is due liver dissorder
there is some food which colorize the urine also some drugs
so you have to make a ful urine check ( including urine billirubin)
by the way is you eyes got a yellowish color ????
check it now if so u have an infection with hibatits A then you have to anaysis your serum billirubin,GOT and GPT( blood sample)

Not necessarily but there are so many things that can cause this, you need to get more info based upon your own history of diet, activitiy, health history, etc. It could be caused by something as minor as eating rhubarb or senna, or it could be a little bit of blood in the urine caused by activity such as jogging, or it could be caused by something much more serious.

Absolutely! Tea of cola colored urine is a sign of blood! Get to the doc ASAP.

Could be dehydration from not enough fluids. See a doctor if it does not clear up soon. soon doesn't mean a week from now.

deffinitely you have a problem. call your dr.
your liver may not be functioning properly, or your gall bladder or you have a major urinary tract infection.
you need help to cure whatever it is that's ailing you!
you could have hepatitis...
