Doctor told to have kiddie pharmaton 1/2 hr before food.?

Question

will it cause any harm if the food is taken after a long gap like 1 hr or 1.1/2 hr of taking Kiddie pharmaton?I n the morning i gave my kid milk then after some time kiddie pharmaton 5ml then sent her to babysitting then she slept for an hour and then only she had her breakfast. so will it be a problem if she has her break fast after along time? plse reply.

Usually the advice to take 1/2 hour before food is because the medicine should be taken on an empty stomach and not with food. If so, it doesn't matter how much latter the food is taken.
