I shipped something through priority flat rate envelopes on Dec 18 and 19. The one sent on 18 was OK and the status was updated to delivered. However the ones sent on 19 were not updated after Dec 19. The status is still "processed" after five days. One of the intended receiver told me that they did not get the envelope yet. What should I do now?

Wait until after Christmas. You've allowed yourself to become part of the 20,000,000,000 cards, letters, and packages sent between Thanksgiving and Christmas through the US Postal Service.

Put in a claim as if they had lost the package. I predict that this will result in them finding it.
