For beginners I think yahoo web hosting is the best and easiest use. Yahoo has question and answer section that can solve most problems and direct phone line for additional support.

1. A business idea and complete plan
2 Domain name and web space ....buy from godaddy.com
3. Register there.
4. Have a developer make the website for u
5. Start marketing and do web ads
6. Have a backend ready
to buy.....com and webspace there are no rules...how us use them ....there are rules on those
