I truthfully have been arrested 8 or 9 circumstances and almost arrested 12 or 15 circumstances. many of the close calls have been for disrespecting them. every time they searched me hoping to locate drugs or a weapon to fee on.

No, but I was handcuffed behind me by a cop because I had to be "properly restrained" when riding in his car when he offered to give me a ride home because I was lost. Then I was handcuffed to a bench cause he would get in trouble if I ran off.

It's under my questions "Is this fair?"

Check it out

In Peru, I was briefly handcuffed by local police for "trespassing" on the mountain on which I was invoking a study... I was quickly rescued by my colleagues and their government backing. Not much of a story, really, just a stupid misunderstanding.

i was arrested but they did not handcuff me because i didn't resist i just got in the car and went to the station, they questioned me and then a few weeks later come to my house and said you are not the suspect

I used to be the guy sitting on the drunk while we handcuffed them. Did that for 5 yrs and finally got sick of the drunks spitting and puking on me!

I was arrested once during a protest. I didn't resist, I had my hands cuffed behind my back with those flexi-cuffs. The officers that booked me were surprisingly friendly. :)

No, never. I had a neighbor that was taken out with cuffs behind, and he was resisting. He was arrested for robbery.

Yeah, a couple times as a teen (for car burglary and curfew/possession of a controled substance). Nope, no handcuffs--but I did have to wait for my dad to come down and pick me up at 2 in the morning (which was worse).

Illegally yes, cuffed in back, for running away from foster care, which is a status offense and the could only hold me twenty-four hours. It was kinda funny. They took my watch, so I started counting down the minutes out loud and they threatened to sedate me.

Yes, arson. Caught my ex-fiance sleeping with his "lady friend" AKA my best friend. I got out of prison 3 years ago. No refusal for arrest. I manned up to what I did. Got my justice.
