ok im 13 and i have been developing well. I am very worried as i think my period is coming but.......it never dose !
i am at high skol and most people i know started when they were 11 +. am i just plain un nomal.......?
i fell out of place as you here people talking about in and you just have to go along with then pretending you have started

You are normal. Some girls don't start their period til they are 13 or 14, or in the case of some girls they don't start til they are 16 years old.
I started my period when I was 13.
Some of the symptoms of a period coming are change in vaginal discharge to a yellowish color (can also look like the color of an eggshell), breast tenderness, retaining water, mood swings such as irritability.
I would recommend talking to your mom as well to find out when she started her period for the first time. Sometimes when your mom started can give a clue as to when you will start.
Also, check with your doctor when you go in for your next check up to see what they say.

Don't worry. It is normal for your periods to come between the ages of 8-16. And if you don't get them after the age of 17, you should see a doctor.
I'm 13 and got my first period last week. I had no idea... So I didnt really have any signs. Although, I was feeling a little bit sick that day.
I know what you mean when you say you feel out of place. That was happening to me. I was at this party once and everyone was talking about it. But I just told everyone that I didn't have mine. I was the only one at the party who didnt have theirs. I didn't care. I was GLAD I didn't have them! But not everyone beleived me. Some were saying,, yeah right!
Don't feel out of place. Feel lucky and enjoy not having to have the responsibility of your periods.

Maybe you are just a late bloomer. Different people start their period at different ages... why are you in high school if you are just 13??? Don't feel like bad because everyone has started their's and you haven't... when it does strat you'll wish it didn't!! Good luck! :D

Discharge, developing as a female (breasts, getting "curves", etc), feeling the symptoms of PMS... however, you are not abnormal. 13 is still young. If you haven't started in about a year or so I would have one of your parents take you to the doc just to be safe.
