the tigers have an awesome team this year just hope that they don't go in a funk in august and September like they did in the last 2 years

jogs my memory way too many of the 1990 international series. everybody stated the A's have been going to tear the Reds aside and what takes place, Reds rolled over the A's with a steamroller 4-0. i assume it is available for the Tigers to do the comparable. it continues to be early yet, yet congrats to you Tiger followers. i wish you are able to end the A's off in Detroit.

The Tigers probably have the best line-up in the majors for 2008 and I expect a great battle with the Indians for the AL Central. Hopefully they do not falter in the homestretch like they have the past two years. As you said Georgie: They're Grrrrreat!

Georgie,if our bullpen holds up,I don't know of anything that might stop us.Cleveland is scratching their heads and wondering if this Tiger team will be big trouble for them.Watch out Tribe!-we are coming for ya and Chief Wahoo better run for Lake Erie to get his "bugs",like the Yankees got it.

I, as a baseball fan, am very excited for Opening day.
But, Spring Traning games are only 68 days away. At least that keeps me busy for the big shabang.

can't help but be excited with that lineup. run production is guaranteed. will the pitching hold it's own though? bondo and nate gotta keep it together. hopefully, willis is the real deal and the bullpen can hold their end of the deal, too. with decent pitching, this team is the class of the american league! mr. ilitch, any interest in purchasing a football team? it's a very short drive to the stadium. magg's is the man, go tigers!
