There is Baldurs Gate: something something which is classical Diabloish RPG, then of the typical PS2 RPG's: FFX,FFXI,FFXII someone continue please :)

edit: I recommend going to gamespot.com or ign.com , under PS2 section see the list of games by genre and choose RPG
edit2: ok, it's not really an RPG but has elements, it's just one of those games - for the love of everything good in this world and your eyebrows as well, try the game OKAMI

ok there are plenty of rpg games
some of the most unrecognized are
Maximo( really cool game- Graphics aren't that good)
Any final fantasy game(really beasty games- awesome graphics)
oh yeah and if you want a really cool online game for computer try *flyff* just look for it
its awesome graphics and game
