does anyone know if theres a full moon out right now or is it tomorrow night?? its 2:53am here morning of dec.23.

The answer is, of course, yes. Full moon is full moon everywhere on earth. But, due to parallax, the exact time varies a bit with the longitude. Nothing to be concerned with since it is not noticeable without special instruments: the full moon looks like a full moon for at least 24 hours. You are writing your time of observation but ... you don't write where you are. 2:53 AM is ... a different time on different time zones. When giving time in the Astronomy & Space topic, you should give it as UTC, a.k.a. GMT.
Note that the moon revolves around the earth in slightly more than 28 days. The most noticeable period is then between full moon and half moon, which is then 7 days; the origin of our definition of the week.
