Not as good as Barney's but I won a Scrap book contest once, it was in a magazine and a couple friends at work and I entered my friend Trudy one 2nd place and I won 3rd. I got 300.00 and the 2 page spread was featured in the magazine that is published all over the USA, Trudy and I were quite proud! Her page should have won 1st prize it was that good! I love scrap booking it does take an imagination. I play with my grandson a lot and we use our imagination killing monsters and playing cops and robbers, he is 3 now and HE has a great imagination. When my husband had his operation and he came in to see him, he said, "OH, did the cops shoot Grandpa"? It was so funny we all cracked up we watch way too many cops shows at our house! anyway to answer your question I have a mediocre imagination but I am getting up there in age, I think I have Alzheimer's so I may be losing it!

Like emotions, imagination too is rather impossible to put in words perfectly..... the language of mind is strange indeed!! Having said that, I must admit that some people do have a great knack of describing quite vividly and effectively... it is perhaps something to do with the ability to deal with the minutest of details.

My imagination works like an electronic jigsaw puzzle. Pieces are identified and put into place, sometimes faster than I can follow. The aggregate impact in those situations is akin to an epiphany.

Imagination sets the spirit free,
Into distant lands of fantasy,
Close your eyes and you will see,
Within your mind there lies the key.

let me see-
exactly like a bee hive- ideas come in and out all the time. when i read, i always imagine my friends and family as the characters of a book, and my brain plays out the story as a movie in my head.
basically, my imagination is extremely weird.

It knows no boundaries, and travels through Time and Space, is painted in all the Colors beyond the Rainbow and reveals its true Self only to me.
