If it's a nice gift, but not my taste, I may re-gift it, I mean, why waste it? But, if it's just a bad, cheap, ridiculous, "hot mess" gift that I wouldn't want for myself, it would be just wrong to give something awful to anyone else{when it's supposed to be the thought that counts...}
