Electrons are the smallest real Element of the Atom's components. Hence they are made up of a the same real tangible substance which was assembled during Creation of basic Masses of the Universe by our Creator.

Therefore ,based on the observation of the Hydrogen Atom we can conclude that its made of Mass structure being a very small volume of the atomic containment volume, and the rest of the volume is a Space Structure. This Space Structure could be called massless. So the Electron composition is both a Mass Structure and a Massless Structure. Hence it takes two types of structures to make up the atoms as listed in the Periodic table of elements.

Quarks are brocken piece of the atoms which results from experiment in the atom smashers laboratory. The brocken pieces of the electrons and protons are very numerous and Particle Physisists gave numeous names for these. pieces. However they could not define the substance that makes up these pieces.

The Only pieces that we observe as coming out of the Hydrogen Atom's electron that is a tangible substance is radiation of the micromasses of light.

Quarks ,subsquarks and sub - sub quarks do not fly around in nature as tangible substances. They are only of theorethical brocken pieces of the Elements of the Atoms in nature. And No theoretical discussion was exactly given about breaking the sub quarks into components into a substance that can be used to assemble an Electron ,Proton or Neutron in real life scenario.

Whereas Light is a real tangible substance that per the Quantron Theory is called " basic micromass ", and having a magniture of approximately10^-51 kilogrames.
Note that is What radiates out of the electrons in any atomic structures as a function of Planck"s Constant.

This is the only simplifed answer that I could give to your Scientific dilemma.Hope this helps

What Are Electrons Made Of

Dirac said theoreticaly that if the magnetic charge is found in the world the electron mass can be writen in term of this charge multyplied by integar number (n)(this discription is very simple)and n take the values 1,2,3,4,... if it is not found then it is an elementary charge simlarly for quarks as I think .

Both quarks and electrons are elementary particles - they're not made up of anything. Electrons are leptons, which are, along with quarks, fermions, meaning that they both "bounce off of" each other - they're the reason my fingers aren't just falling through the keyboard right now.

Quarks are what make up protons and neutrons, so between them and the electrons, they comprise pretty much everything we see.

Electrons can be splitted into three distinct particles there as followed:
Holon which carries electrical charge
Spinon which carries Spinning on it orbit
Orbiton which carries Specific mass of energy to accumulated at particular orbit.

Electrons:

Electrons can be split into three quasiparticles: a ‘holon’ carrying the electron’s charge, a ‘spinon’ carrying its spin and an ‘orbiton’ carrying its orbital location. In 1996, physicists split an electron into a holon and a spinon. In 2012, physicists split an electron into an orbiton and a spinon. Physicists are still trying to produce the holon, the spinon and the orbiton at the same time.
