Hi, I meant to contact my local volunteer agency in Glasgow to see about handing presents out to the sick kids on Chrsitmas morning, but as I still have baby brain(daughter only 4 months), slipped my mind through the run up to Christmas and being a new mum, do you think its too late, I mean would I have needed to have had this in place by now or would they still let me?

I'm sure they would be more than happy to hear from anyone willing to give up any time on such a precious day - just give them a ring. If they say no then fair enough - you tried!

You might be able to make a donation.

Se if your local sick kids ward would make use of old baby-grows or vests. My son had to stay in for a few days after his first Christmas when he was only 11 weeks and if it hadn't been for the stuff people had handed in he would have had nothing clean to wear!

Hi brunelsc, think you already got your hands full eh!! Having said that all help is really appreciated in the voluntary sector as you know.
So, if you can spare the time just turn up there because there is always some form of help needed and what a good cause it is to do something for sick kids. God bless you huni and have a great xmas

It might be to late to make the arrangements to let it happen but it can't hurt give it a try.

Merry Christmas and have a happy and prosperous new year.
