I always hold back my feelings for fear of rejection...
And im still maintaining it... ;p
Becuase if i propose my love to her, you know what she'd say...?
"I thought you as a good friend, like my brother, like my father... etc. & i never thought you would be so cheap like the other guys..." lol
She'll easily reject me & walk away, then i wont atleast be able to see her.
So sometimes it's always better to hold back your feelings...

when I felt like falling in love some one means that I have some contacts for some days atleast. By the time I could also understand the feeling of some one. But when I am in love, I have no hesitation in asking the other person immediately.. No matter what the result will be.

I think you should hold your feeling you should not tell about it
but you can find whether he loves you or not,by asking your love some or the other thing,e.g:if you want marry what kind of a person you will dream for or any other.
if your love one give the answer something related to you then you should also show the same feeling to that person.
but you give direct proposal only when you are 100% sure that he is in love with you.
if you are even 1% unsure dont put yourself forward

I feel awkward, because, i feel a thrill within and a little foolish and i can do things without even knowing what i am doing. My mind is in a confused state and my judgements can be very poor towards the person i fall in love with.

Well God's Child even i fear rejection but if i have any such feelings & if i feel that i can hold it no longer i would prefer to tell that person my true feelings. I would never ever impose or force that person to love me back.
Even if that person rejects me i won't mind.
If i love someone i love him with my heart & soul.
Physical presence is not necessary.
