one time it did because this cat was smashed perfectly like you see in cartoons with all its legs sticking straight out and its tail up in the air, still fluttering around. lol. other than that not really... well there was this one time with a oppossom, but that is a whole other side of this answer...

do you remember that show "Meet Joe Black"? Brad Pitt got hit by a car SO hard that he flipped over it pretty much without bending his legs etc...(well, a dummy of Brad Pitt). Anyhow, I rewinded that bit like a hundred times.
