Why would this girl do these things?
She (iranian) came with her friend(or boyfriend)(iranian culture)?and her brother at to the gym, they went to workoout in a different section,when she saw me walking in her area,she primped and looked in the mirror.Also,when i went back to my machine,i saw her sneak a peak in my direction. I know her by the way.I didn't oblige because i don't trust them.

The most interesting thing about this question is that it's in the Philosophy section. There are the issues of trust, the presumed conservatism of Iranian culture, the question of if it applies to her and the question of the nature of the relationships of the people involved. However, i think you probably have at least as much information as anyone on here has about that, because you were there and no-one else here was (presumably), so it's going to have to be up to you.
Having said that, there is the issue of going with intuition, and also of whether positive expectations are more likely to be rewarded than negative ones in that sort of situation.

Where does the fact that she's Iranian come into play? She was probably just checking you out or was watching you for some strange reason. People do it all the time.

Don't bother yourself. It looks like you are interested in her. Maybe you are valuable to her & she is interested in you too. Or maybe when she sneak a peak wants to make sure if it is you or not.
Trust them (Iranian) and any other country & culture until you could get any reason for it.

For Iranian ulture from my understanding is suppose to be conservative and not proper for ladies to be bold or speak out. In this case, she may feel inproper ( in her culture) to look at you directly so yet may have curious to know you internally. Yes they are usually with a chaperon ( his bro) in this case and part of the culture for the brotherly lookout.
