Girls...who would win in a "no rules" fight between a woman and a man?

Depends on the man and woman.

That depends on what type of fight we are talking about. Are we talking about a fight as in fist and kicks. Then I have to give it to the men. Thats not to say that there aren't woman that can't kicks a mans a ss. There are plenty of those. But, on average they can't. On average men are bigger than woman. The bigger person always have the advantage. I've done martial arts for a long time and this is one of those universal truth. The bigger person has an advantage because they are usually stronger and can usually take more punishment. What the smaller person can do is train more so as to overcome this advantage. It is very common for a man in the U.S. to weight 170lb while a woman on average weight about 15 or less. Men are usually more physically active. Again, on average. By this then, men have two advantages which are size and conditioning. This is one of the reason in which in combat sports a 150lb man does not fights a 220lb man. Is unfair for the little guy.

The only time when the size advantage starts to disappear is when you introduce weapons. For example a stick. You don't have to be very big to bach a persons head in with a stick or a hammer or cut them to pieces with a knife. However, size also plays a bit because of the reach advantage.

The only time when females have an overwhelming advantage over male is when fighting a psycological war. Woman can be very cruel and coniving. Men prefer to duke it out instead of playing mind games.

Again, I'm not saying that woman are weak or can't do such things. Woman can fight just as well as men. What I'm saying that if we go one on one on average the man have an overwhelming advantage physically. This can easily be observe by looking who dominates in most of the cultures around the world. Pretty much men have made woman subserviant to them, not because they are superior but, because of the physical treat. If woman where bigger or men smaller the story would had been very different.

Now, if the competition is about endurance then the woman have the advantage. Females excel at endurance type competition. For example, extreme marathons. Woman are built with higher endurance. Also, a lot of endurance events require more oxygen and less muscle. The extra bulk make it so that circulation is not as efficient. For example a guy with big bulky biceps makes a lousy climber because those muscles constrict the flow of blood. Where as a skinny woman or men have better blood flow and less weight to carry around.

If we are talking about a gun fight then neither sex has an advantage. All you need is to point the gun and press the trigger. The bullet does the rest. So, its whom ever hits the other person first. Especially with todays weponry.

Probably the man but it all depends on the mind set and confidence level of the combatants, it also depends on who is willing to do what ever it takes to win. Stamina also comes into it as well.

If it were and average woman and an average man with no weapons, it would be the man because the woman probably wouldn't get a chance to kick him where it would count.
