In some places I found PEN drive is the term and nowadays I am hearing the term USB flash drive. Is there any difference between Pen drive and Flash drive. Hoping for the best reply at the earliest.

People use all sorts of names, flash, jump, pen.
You can get them all in different sizes, they're all the exact same thing.
