Sorry I don,t know the answer to this one.

May I say this is one of the most bizarre PC related questions i've ever seen.

unfortunately it would be very dangerous to try and get it out yourself. I would suggest sending it back to the manufacturer for repair.

it normal to expect a few bugs in new computer products. but send this one back, and tell them its not normal.
