In a Political Map - Each country is a different colour from its neighbour so that the borders can be easily identified.
Other maps will signify the height by colour, Green for land just above sea level and white for the highest peaks.
In maps of the sea the deeper the water the darker blue the map.

The colours used on maps are those that have evolved over time, what you could call, convention.
Blue is an obvious colour for the sea.
In British maps, the UK is always coloured red. In the old days when we had an Empire, a lot of the world was coloured red, don't y'know.

I don't know whether such a map exists. It isn't racist though, it's simply an interesting thing to wonder, what do the people in this place look like? We all look different and that is part of what makes the human race beautiful as a whole.

What color might that be? There are all kinds of world maps. Some are political (they show countries and borders to the countries.) Some are topographical (they show features like mountain ranges and rivers). You need to be more specific.

Mostly colors are used to define the borders of countries, states, etc. Colors are chosen to be eye pleasant without trying to pick offensive colors to any one area.

They colour different continents/countries etc so you can easily find what continent each country is etc.

Or do you mean when the North America is like purple and Europe is like Pink? I dunno, they gave it to little kids for them to decide.
