This question has nothing to do with Geography -- that is the main thing that is wrong.

The III is not amade with lower case LLL -- you can tell by cutting & pasting into Word.

well it's not that easy to figure this one out, as it all depends on the font that Yahoo answers uses. An "I" (capital letter i) looks almost exactly the same as an "l" (lowercase letter L). So there's really no way to tell whether the i's are L's.

But if I had to guess, that would be my answer, that the i's are lowercase L's

yeah, you include an apostrophe in your details section, but not in your question title...since "What is" fits in the question, it needs an apostrophe...
