Actually, it might be harmful! Check out this link. If it's dangerous for a rabbit to snack on dog food it could also be dangerous the other way around.
And ask your Veterinarian, just to be sure.

It probably won't hurt him, but it won't have all of the nutrients he needs to stay healthy. Stick to dog food.

Maybe, the food is formulated for bunnies not dogs. it most likely wont kill him/her but it can affect things like how long he/she will live and his/her immunity system.

it wont hurt him but he will still need his proper food to keep his diet correct

i would not worry until he starts hopping around the yard then i would change his diet to carrots
