Hi there!
Endometriosis is best treated with hormonal method which Nuva-Ring is appropriate. However, as it is a monthly therapy, it means that you will get the period every month and suffer from it Monthly.

There are options for this which may be more convenient for you. That is "try-cycling" a combined contraceptive pill. "Try-cycling" means that you take the active pill daily for 3 months without having a break. So, at the end you of the day, you will get your period ONCE every 3 months, and suffer from it every 3 months (better than every month). This has been shown to be beneficial for those having period pain accompanying the endometriosis.
For the period pain itself, simple treatment with anti-inflammatory & painkiller medicines that you can get from a pharmacy (e.g Ponstan, Naproxen) can help to ease the pain.

Right now, the only thing I can think of is switching brands of contraceptives. It could be the one you're using is losing its effectiveness because you've built up a tolerance for it. I really hope you don't end up having to get the more drastic treatments for endometriosis such as cauterization or a hysterectomy. Both will leave you unable to ever have children. I once knew someone who had to have a hysterectomy at a very young age due to endometriosis and she was very depressed about it.

You really need to read "Endometriosis Bible & Violet Protocol" by Zoe Brown (also available in electronic format here: http://www.endometriosisbible.info ). It's about how to eradicate endometriosis disease forever. It worked for me, you will see results in only a matter of weeks. Good Luck!
