There are two types of poor. Real poor, where you don't have enough of the basic things you need to survive (like the poor in Africa.) And broke-poor where you've just made really bad decisions with money and are angry that others have things that you don't (like "poor" people in America).

This is a very complicated question but i will try to answer to this question. 1. To me poor is a person who has lack of money & cannot affortd his/her kitchen expense (atleast can't affford meals two timw a day) + a person who is not worshipping god. True rich person is a person who is making money & workshiping god same time. No human being is complete without money as well as god grace. 2. Poors will be always around this world because man is doing one thing at a time wethere he is making money or worshipping god. Very rare people are doing both. So majority is going to be poor. 3. There is not End to world, thats all i can say. I tried my best to answer this complecated question.

Poverty refers to lack of means(money) to meet his ends such as food,shelter and clothing,let alone love,esteem and self expression. In India alone 30% of people go to bed every day on empty stomach and for another 60% of people the daily income is less than a dollar(about Rs.45?).This is poverty,economically poor.End to poverty lies in sharing by those who have with who do not have.In fact,if we pool all the resources available in the world today and distribute equitably to all the people in the world,no one need go hungry.But it does not happen because of several man made barriers such as nation,politics and so on.10% of the people in the world are so very rich they can pool their resources and give to those poor,poverty could be eradicated right now here today!

There are other kind of poverty such as poverty of the mind :no positve feelings and thoughts for the fellow beings; Social poverty: deprived of social status(although they may be rich); and spiritual povery: no kindling of divinity in us.

However, the economic poverty is the most basic and fundamental one; if this is solved other kind poverty could be solved little easily
