well, it could be a person with bipolar, schizophrenia or some kind of personality disorder...but its a very vague term...and generally just describes the way someone is acting at that time. but ppl with the above disorders are not just ppl with 'split personalities,' mental health issues are issues that require understanding and education to everyone...and even ppl with a good state of mental health can experience issues the same as someone who has a mental disorder.

I think it's Dissociative--the different personalities are not integrated during childhood and I think it's usually due to extreme trauma. These distinct personalities come out at different stress points in their life.

it could mean a lot of things but i don't pay much attention to them anymore because humans are too complex to be labled that.....
