Whoa-hold that thought so we can rephrase it.

1. Did you mean- it is cooler now in the mountains than it was in the summer? Yep, it sure is. All because it is now---------tada officially winter.

2. Did you mean- how it is always cooler in the mountains during summer? Yes again. The lower the elevation (sea level), the hotter it is.
