No matter where you touch your vagina, you're still going to have a menstrual cycle.
However, anywhere between the ages of 45 to 55 a woman will go through menopause (unless you happen to die before that) - when a woman’s body slowly makes less of the hormones estrogen and progesterone. A woman has reached menopause when she has not had a period for 12 months in a row, and there are no other causes for this change.

No matter where you touch yourself, you will have a period when the time comes - the onset of puberty. Women usually stop having a period once they reach menopause.
