Is it correct 'rastrapathi ' word is suitable for ladies ?( because pathi word generally used for men)

In so many Indian languages the word 'pathi' used for gents. that's why i am asking this question.

The designation 'Rashtrapathi' for the President in India is a complete word in itself. It cannot be bisected in two words....rashtra...and....pathi.This aspect of the designation has been deeply considered and examined by veteran scholars in India.
