Well its a fine line.. and a skill to be sure.. its called the "take away" every man (women too) want what they cant have.. think about it before you blow it off.... be there, be fun.. a little flirty.. then leave early.. if you talk on the phone.. finish the call before hes ready... be unavailable sometimes.. like you could care less.. you have to be very secure.. and look like you have lots of other stuff going on... PS: this works in the beginning to get a guy to notice you.. not recommended in quite the same way once you are in an actual relationship.. good luck!

It really depends on what kind of guy he is, if he's the normal type then flirting with him and having some skin showing will get his attention. I mean if he always flirts with other girls then flirting and skin are the way..otherwise just come out with it and tell him you like him and would like to get together n stuff..but make sure you pick the right time and do it when you two are alone..do not do it over the phone no matter what..

There's nothing like directness. Tell him how you feel. It's not always easy but if you want results then you have to get the courage and just go for the prize. Hints and subtleties don't work with guys. They can be really thick when it comes to flirting... I'm a guy and know from experience. I'm blind to subtle clues women try to communicate with. I need a bat to the side of my head to know what a woman wants. You need to be loud and clear. If you scare him off with the direct approach then he wasn't interested in you and you move on to the next target.

Well a girl ALWAYS has to act cool, calm, and collected around a guy. Just be casual. A guy will get turned on by this. But if a girl acts desperate, then the guy will definitley be turned off. In addition, a lady must act sweet and speak in a low volume voice. Girls who are obnoxious and load are NOT attractive AT ALL!!!!! When you see him you should always look your best. Try to straighten your hair and curl the ends. This is a beautiful style and guys go wild for long shiney hair. As for make-up, try not to apply too too much. Make it look beautiful BUT natural. Wear clothes that are sexy but at the same time it should look conservative. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND: When a man is ready to settle down he wants a nice, sweet, and charming girl to present to his parents. When guys date sluts, it is only TEMPORARY. IT NEVER LASTS!!! If you follow my rules then you can get a long list of guys in an instant. I do!!! HAHAHA

Do you really mean that he has not noticed the one who is dieug for him? If so ,he must really be an unimaginative fellow.Rethink if you are really serious about such a guy.If so first try to know his mind through some mutual friends.If the outcome is positive take direct action as advised by so many.

Be flirty but not overly so. Find out what he's really into & try to relate BUT you don't have to act like you're into everything he is. Dress nicely, smile, flirt, strut your stuff etc, & you'll get him. Oh and one key thing that I've learned guys seem to like, is when they're talking, no matter the subject, just pay attention & listen. Everybody loves a listening ear.

(1) Streak in front of him stark naked!
(2) Food! Hunger get what hunger want!

first off, most guys are 'tards when it comes to subtle signals.
Don't be surprised If he's slower than usual and requires a little more prodding and pushing to the trough to drink.
I'd say smile more, laugh at his jokes, compliment him. Find excuses to touch him, his shoulder, his hand, his knee . .whatever. violate his personal bubble of space. The contact, though brief should be enough to make it clear you want to be more than text buddies.

well if ur in contact with him he obviously "notices u", in the sense that he knows u exist. he probs even knos u like him on a subconscious level.
hang out with him - see if he gives off the "im interested" signs - the eyecontact the flirting etc. dont mistake friendliness for sumthing more tho
if ur stil not sure, make a move - nothing too str8 forward tho. see how he interprets it/ reacts n then if the assholes STILL not doing anything, stop and look for sumthing better
