if you are not able to receive AIEEE forms then you should go on its website from where you can download its full form and take its printout, fill this form care fully and make a draft in favourite of the person to whom they have shown, and send both to destination. this is right way if you are not getting the form, but remember that if you don't fill your form care fully, neatly cleanly, then there are more chances of rejection of your form so be careful

fill up online form, take a print out, follow the instructions reg.submission & send with required draft by speed post.
this is the easiest method, and i had followed this method.
