Okay, I am making my own website and it has stuff for myspace.

Okay, I know on other websites they use logos from sports teams and clothing brands and stuff to make layouts, icons, glitters, etc.

So I was wondering what I have to write so I dont get in trouble by the brand.

Like on most of the websites they just dont write anything

or they write something like no copyright infringement (SP) intended.

So what is the correct way, so I dont get sued or something?

Some examples of images I would like to use would be things like:

barbie,
bratz,
superman logo,
movie pictures (like peter pan)
rug rats,

ETC.

The best way to avoid any problems is to ask for permission. Nothing you say on your website avoids copyright or trademark infringement. If it was that easy to avoid infringement, then there would never be any infringement.

Keep in mind that even if you think you've covered your bases, certain copyright and trademark owners are known to vigorously protect their perceived rights. If you do not seek permission and your website becomes popular, expect to see at least one cease and desist letter.

If you want to use a copyright image and not get into trouble, then you need to ask the owner for permission. Just saying that you don't mean to infringe someone's copyright is meaningless if you actually DO infringe it.

There are exceptions for what's called "fair use", which means things like using a superman logo to illustrate a movie review.

Beside asking for the permission, you can create yours.

Just learn how to use photo-editor, e.g. photoshop or coral draw.

Howevere, if there is no obvious difference between your logo and the copyright logo, or if there is any implication on other copyright logo, you are definitely have trouble.
