Yup, I work as a waitress every Friday and Saturday night while I get my graduate degree. But, because I waitress at Denny's, they have a policy that every employee has to work some shift on each holiday throughout the year- because Denny's NEVER closes. This makes the shifts shorter, and is supposed to make every one's holiday a little easier to deal with. On that note, I work graveyard shift, which is 10pm-6am (I make better money that way, because of the drunks and such that come in). They have me on the schedule both X-mas Eve and New Year's Eve working from 10pm-6am. It's gonna be rough for me...like the rest of you who have to work. But everyone have a great holiday season- despite us that have to work on those awesome holidays!

No, I am not working on Christmas Eve. But I do want to Wish them a Very Merry Christmas. Especially the Doctors and Nurses who give up their time to care for the sick and elderly.

My job gave me a choice, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, I said as long as I can be with my family on one I will work the other and chose Day.

I will be working until 3 pm and then I'm off until the day after Christmas...and then it's back to work...bleh. Hope everyone has a fantastic Christmas and New Years!

Yes...I'm here at work now and will be here again at 530PM tonight. Got Christmas day off though...my daughter is coming to visit from Jacksonville!!

We who work in Radiology are always open like 7/11 - 365.
Yup I'll be there in the pm and New Years. Besides, it's job security. ( ^ _ ^ )
