How do you build a college on sims 2 university?

I just got the sims 2 university expansion pack (i got the other ones) and i would like instructions on how to create a college. (details please!)

There are three university locations already preloaded into the game. You just have to activate them. When you load the game, the screen that lets you pick which neighborhood to play in, there is an icon for university. Click on that, then choose the university location you want to add to your neighborhood. It'll take a few minutes to load, but once it does, you can go into that university just like you're going into a neighborhood. It's already preloaded with lots, dorms, houses, shops, parks...You can add your own lots or play as is.

Also, the booklet that came with the game will give you a better description on the whole process better than on here. Or just follow the tutorials. Good luck!
