Try Flintstones vitamins, worked for me. Saltine crackers work too. If your vomiting continues I would call your Dr. Good luck!

You need to get re hydrated. Go to the doctor or urgent care in the morning. They can give you some meds to help with the stomach problems and get you on an IV. The longer you go this way the worse it will get. Try sipping water and non acidic juice, Gatorade, etc for now. It isn't so much about what or how much you eat as it is important to have liquids. Also try eating things like apple sauce, oatmeal, and dry toast first. Good luck and feel better soon.

Have you called your Dr? The Vitamins alone can make you sick because of all the Iron but your baby does really need them. If it's nothing serious and just some super bad morning sickness then you can try dif. things. I'm not sure if you are into holistic healing or not but when i was pregnant I didn't want to take medications and my morning sickness was horrible! My Dr kept trying to give me prescriptions one day I noticed that the place I took yoga at had these suckers in their impulse shopper section called preggie pops. Cute name right lol... They were made specifically to sooth morning sickness naturally! I am pretty sure they carry them at the motherhood maternity stores now. Just having a non over powering hard candy helped too. Strong or sour flavors were too much but just like a peppermint or something did help, but those suckers Rocked

You do need to go to the doctor to make sure you're not getting too dehydrated which can cause problems for the baby. They will probably put you on an IV and you will probably get an ultrasound to see how the baby's doing. Don't stress too much since a lot of women get this at some point...but you have to try to catch it early to make sure. Next time don't wait days, try calling your doctor after 24 hours since it's always better to be safe then sorry.

I would also try ginger tea or a SMALL slice of ginger under your tongue OR gingerale to help keep something down next time.

The only thing that kept me from getting sick so much during my pregnancies was sour foods and drinks. I had bad morning sickness, I tried the crackers and gingerale thing and it didn't work for me. What did work was Country Time pink lemonade and Salt and vinegar chips. Sounds gross, but it helped so much. If this is just a recent bout of sickness and you haven't had anything before and if you are running a fever it is not just morning sickness and you need to see a doctor as it could possibly complicate things for you.
Good Luck and congratulations!

Go see a doctor. They can put you on IV and also prescribe meds to reduce nausea/vomitting.

My wife had severe nausea (due to high HcG levels) starting six weeks. Almost went to ER, but didn't since the the med Diclectin (Canada) worked fabulously. Alternatively, can try a time release version of B6. The only thing that my wife was able to keep down during this period was toast (w/butter).

Good luck.

Good luck.

Probably not. When my older sister was pregnant she relly weird food swing. Lol. No seriously. So days she ate like a man. N then other days she would eat a snickers bar && stay n bed all day. There shouldn't be anything wrong. Just go for a check up to make sure. =]

Hope this helps.

Its okay, I couldn't hold anything down during my pregnancy because I felt so nauseous and threw up all the time. I didn't eat much of anything, my daughter was born 5 pounds but she's really healthy now. Just keep yourself hydrated, they have suckers you can suck on to help the morning sickness and you can have some gatorade too I forget how much but ask your ob/gyn. You can suck on ice too. Hope all goes well!

I was hospitalized for symptoms like this with my first child. My skin got so dry that when the doctor pinched it it would stay however he put it, which was really scary. They gave me vitamins intravenously to be sure that the baby had some. I never really did get over the morning sickness but she came out fine and is a healthy eight-year-old now.

It tookm three pregnancys for me to learn this lesson. Eat small meals through out the whole day, because when you are pregnant you produce more stomach acids. So try to keep a little something in your tummy all day long, it will help alot.
