At that weight and quantity, I can pretty much guarantee no Judge in the land would allow bond. Far too great a risk of running before a court date. I might also add that in Ohio, we have a bulk law, which is three times quantity for a given substance, which means automatic life with no chance of parole. In this state, at least, a person would be held until trial.

It all depends on the judge. They can set bail at whatever amount they see fit or they can deny bail all together. And with that much meth, I would pray that the judge wasn't in a good mood!

If they give bail for that much ,they shouldnt..should be a automatic remand..and hopefully is in a state where trafficing automatically attaches for large quantiies so they impose multiple life sentences without parole when your convicted.
